因接獲少數使用 T Express 手機票證乘車的旅客反應：於到站閘門或辦理補票時遇到手機票證判讀障礙，建議旅客乘車前先將 T Express App 更新至最新版本 (v6.22)，抑或出站前重新開啟 T Express App，再點選該手機票證 QR Code 頁面，即可將障礙排除。
