排除手機票證讀取障礙之建議措施 Recommended Solution for Mobile Ticket Scanning Issue

近日接獲少數使用 T Express 手機票證乘車的旅客反應:於到站閘門或辦理補票時遇到手機票證判讀障礙,經初步確認後,建議可重新開啟 T Express App,再點選該手機票證 QR Code 頁面,應有助於排除障礙。

If you're facing some problems while using your mobile ticket to pass through a ticket barrier or paying the fare difference on the mobile ticket, please close and reopen the T Express app, then try again.
