T-EX因Apple設備更新至iOS 12致使用異常通知 (iOS 12 might cause T-EX not to work properly)

本公司日前接獲使用者反應,Apple設備如更新至iOS 12,使用者在T-EX操作特定流程時,將可能發生閃退情形。本公司已提交新版程式由Apple審核中,如旅客無法正常使用T-EX購票,建議可改用網路訂票系統。造成不便,尚請見諒。

Apple has officially released the final version of its latest operating system, iOS 12. Some users have gradually found the new iOS 12 might cause T Express to crash when using the app in certain circumstances. We have solved the issue in the update that will be launched soon. If T Express is not working properly, passengers can also use THSR Online Booking system to purchase the tickets. Apologies for any inconvenience it may cause.
