The booking chatbot feature is now available on the T Express app! Just feel free to communicate with our chatbot via voice (either in Mandarin Chinese or English), chat, and click-based options to book tickets or check the train schedule and ticket prices all through a single intuitive chat interface. You can also create Siri Shortcut via the T Express app, and activate our booking chatbot directly with Siri, without even having to lift a finger.
