請注意：自 2026/3/17 起，未更新至 7.23 版本者，既有票證資料雖會保留（已下載的手機票證，仍可開啟 QR code 過閘乘車），但各項即時線上功能均將無法使用（包含訂票、退票等功能），請您立刻將 T-EX App 更新至 7.23 版本，以繼續使用便捷的個人化行動票務服務。
 
New critical update is available for the T-EX app. THSRC strongly recommends that you update the T-EX app to the latest version (v7.23) to access the newest features and the latest performance developments.
Please note that if you have not updated the T-EX app by 2026/3/17, you will no longer be able to use the app until after you update.
