Plan, draft and maintain safety related procedures and regulations.
Conduct and develop secondary safety inspection in accordance with scheduled and monitor follow up actions arising.
Identify, plan and deliver safety strategy, needs and training to meet corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support and participate safety meetings and provide professional advice and safety related notice.
Assist departments/sections in carrying out risk assessment to reduce the risk of hazards at work sites; provide support when audited by the third party; conduct accident/incident investigation.

Education Bachelor or above
Major: GIS, CAD,IT and/or Engineering
Significant 10 years experience in CAD, DMS, GIS Data Compilation, Manipulation and Management as well as GIS project management, development, design, analysis, implementation and training.
Experience in supervising the CAD, DMS, GIS Data Compilation and GIS/Engineering Application Development teams.

CAD, DMS and GIS services
- Provide effective guidance and hands-on support for all related activities including data collection, data compilation and GIS application development.
- Work with the teams to actively plan, direct, prioritize and monitor all related tasks, services and projects.
- Create and maintain quality system procedures and business rules to ensure currency and accuracy of corporate CAD drawings, GIS databases and GIS applications.
- Undertake spatial data audits, cleansing, consolidation and capture of metadata activities to ensure datasets are sustainable.
- Monitor and research new developments in the CAD/GIS industry then recommend and implement initiatives which support business requirements.
- Promote the development and use of the CAD,GIS and related applications across the corporation
- Identify and develop training strategies to facilitate the effective implementation and use of GIS and related applications throughout the corporation.
- Ensure technical support services and development requests are logged, tracked and actioned within agreed timeframes, quality and budget.
- Manage the ongoing development of CAD Systems, DMS, Spatial Systems and Geographic Information Systems in enterprise wide.
Staff Management
- Manage 4 functional teams of about 13 CAD, DMS, GIS Data Management and Development staffs
- Provide strategic leadership to the technical support team and ensure appropriate integration with other business functions, systems, processes
- Foster a cohesive team approach to projects and activities
- Supervise and support the operational activities in the team to ensure a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
- Undertake human resource management activities such as recruitment, induction, performance management, learning and development.
General
- Manage the Spatial data and software licenses
- Manage all Technical Support Service processes and procedures
- Implement and streamline the capture and record railway asset information
