Periods Open for Booking:
Twenty-eight days prior to the date of departure (for instance, for ticket on Friday, the booking is open on the Friday 4 weeks in advance) to the day of departure.
Confirmation of Ticketing Information:
Please confirm “date, time, departure/arrival station, number of tickets, type of ticket” and enter the information according to the instructions on the screen.
Notice for Purchasing Tickets:
A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased at the ticket vending machine at a time, 1 return ticket is considered as 2 separate tickets.
Only adult tickets and children tickets are available at the ticket vending machine. Passengers who wish to purchase senior tickets or disabled tickets, please produce relevant original ID document at the Ticket Window. (Please refer to Details on Types of Tickets and the necessary identity documents).
The ticket vending machine accepts payment by cash, credit card and debit card.
Upon completion of ticket purchase, please confirm the correctness of ticket and change.

Since the ticket vending machine is not equipped with a signature verification mechanism, the preset code or cash advance code is needed as identification. The code serves only as a means of verification, no cash advance will be used, nor will cash advance handling charges be billed. Debit Card Purchase
Only accepts non-designated account smart cards.
Passengers paying by debit card will be charged a NT$17 inter-bank transfer fee (Fubon Financial, Taishin Bank and Mega Bank are free from inter-bank transfer fee).

Ticket which has been applied for “Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund”, when applying for changes or cancellation, the original “Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund” should be returned.
