Please present relevant documents such as ID or the disability handbook when collecting from our partnering convenience stores, or from the Ticket Sales Window at any THSR station.

Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund
- Passengers may come to the Ticket Sales Window or Customer Service Counter to apply for a Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund with tickets. Passengers may only request one copy of such proof.
