Period opens for booking

  • Reservations for reserved seat tickets will be accepted within twenty-eight days prior to the boarding date (inclusive).The period open for booking is subject to change by notice.

Types of Tickets Open for Booking

  • Adult and Child Tickets are sold with Business Car, Reserved or Non-Reserved Seats.
  • Maximum of 10 tickets permitted for each booking, for return tickets, a maximum of 5 tickets can be booked at a time.
  • Note: For passengers who need to purchase Senior or Disabled Tickets, please go to the station ticket sales windows.

Payments

  • Cash, credit cards, and debit cards are available.

Purchase with Credit Cards

  • Ticket vending machine accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB, UnionPay cards, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, Apple pay and Android pay. (Note: Online ticketing payment and ticket vending machines only accept American Express Cards issued by American Express International Taiwan Incorporation and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. Passengers, who use American Express Cards except those mentioned above, please contact the station ticket sales window.)
  • Ticket vending machine does not have a mechanism of checking the signature so that entering a specific password is necessary.The password is for verification purpose only. Your account limit will not be changed, and there will have no charge for it.Please contact your issuing bank for the setting of a specific password.

Purchase with ATM/Debit Card

  • Transaction fee may be charged if passengers use debit cards that issued from the banks About Transaction fee , Please contact your issuing bank

Attention

Since Senior Tickets and Disabled Tickets require ID documents as proof; these tickets cannot be collected from the ticket vending machine. Please present relevant documents such as ID or the disability handbook when collecting from our partnering convenience stores, or from the Ticket Sales Window at any THSR station.

Change of Booking

  • The system does not provide change services; please contact the ticket sales windows.

Cancellation of Booking

  • The system does not provide refund services; please contact the ticket sales windows.

Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund

  • Passengers may come to the Ticket Sales Window or Customer Service Counter to apply for a Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund with tickets. Passengers may only request one copy of such proof.
