Usage of Ticket:
  • Please take care of the ticket, dirty, damaged or lost tickets will not be reissued.
  • Passenger with ticket may not stay in the station for duration of longer than 3.5 hours, violating the regulation will result in fines.
Notice for Ticket Refund:
  • After a ticket is sold, should passengers require a ticket refund, please go to the Ticket Window with the ticket for refund.
  • Adult tickets with reserved seats, the procedure must be completed at least 30 minutes before departure, for group tickets, the procedure must be completed 2 hours before departure, for non-reserved seats, the procedure must be completed before the closing time and specified date at the Ticket Window, no late applications will be accepted.
  • NT$20 surcharge is applicable for ticket refunds.
  • For refund of return tickets and group tickets, all of the tickets booked should be brought to the ticket booth.
  • When applying for ticket refund, passengers who paid by cash or debit card will be refunded in cash, those who paid by credit card will require 15 working days to refund the fee to the cardholder’s account.
Notice for Change of Schedule:
  • After the ticket is sold, should passengers require change of schedule, please go to the Ticket Window with the ticket for refund.
  • For adult tickets with reserved seats, the procedure must be completed at least 30 minutes before departure, for group tickets, the procedure must be completed 1 day before departure, for non-reserved seats, the procedure must be completed before the closing time and specified date at the ticket booth, no late applications will be accepted.
  • Tickets are entitled to change of schedule free of charge the first time, thereafter tickets must be refunded and repurchased, and a handling surcharge will be applicable.
  • For refund of return tickets and group tickets, all of the tickets booked should be brought to the ticket booth.
  • When making changes to schedule, overpayments will be refunded and deficiencies must be supplemented.
